Bradley Taylor

Bradley is a co-founder of Grand Forks. He got his start out of college working for Unum in 1998. After Unum, he and his wife Jennifer founded and built Next Generation Enrollment, an employee benefits administration and services company, in 2004. They sold that business to PlanSource, an employee benefits administration and engagement SaaS platform, in 2017. Bradley was part of the team that then helped PlanSource get acquired by Vista Equity Partners in 2019.

He lives in Grand Rapids, MI, is married to Jennifer, and father to their three daughters. He’s a 10-time Ironman finisher, one of Ian’s college roommates and part of the stellar 1998 graduating class from Miami University.

Jennifer Taylor

Jennifer is a co-founder of Grand Forks Holdings and specializes in real-estate development. After graduating in 1998 from Miami University with Bradley and Ian, Jennifer’s career began in leadership at Neiman Marcus before co-founding Next Generation Enrollment (NGE) with her husband, Bradley, in 2004. Her skills were instrumental in the company’s growth and acquisition by PlanSource in 2017.

Jennifer is a proud Grand Rapids native, where she and Bradley have raised their three daughters. Over the past 20 years, her dedication to giving back to her community has been evident in her extensive involvement with local non-profit organizations and boards. Her current roles as President of the Mary Free Bed Fund Board and Vice Chair of the hospital’s Board of Trustees highlight her commitment.

In addition to her successful business ventures and philanthropic efforts, Jennifer is an avid endurance athlete racing in multiple marathons and Ironmans.
